This page explains what happens to your name and e-mail when you leave them on alva.net.pl to hear about the launch of the ALVA app.
Who is responsible for the data
The controller is Siarhei Trukhin, a sole proprietor in Poland (STDM), NIP 6751833198, REGON 545799700. Contact for data matters: info@st-dm.pl.
What data and why
- Name and e-mail — to send you one message when the ALVA app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
- With each sign-up we also record the site language and the time of your consent, as proof that you gave it.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot write to you. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
For no longer than one year from the moment you give your consent — or until you withdraw it, if that happens sooner.
Who receives it
The data is handled by the infrastructure providers the site depends on: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of the sign-up email) and the mail service where those emails reach the owner. We do not sell the data or share it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Write to info@st-dm.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
